2. Products and Services

We offer a unique array of florist and business supplies, including both standard and custom production items. While we strive to represent products accurately, variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur due to display or material differences.

3. Orders and Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Interac, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and standard business payment methods. Business clients may be eligible for credit terms upon approval.

Applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is charged on Canadian purchases, depending on the region.

Orders are processed as promptly as possible, with consideration for holidays and peak industry events.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all regions. Canada Post is our primary carrier, though alternative carriers may be used as needed. Customers will be contacted if special arrangements are required for their region.

Local Delivery:
Free local delivery is provided by FlowerWraps staff within our service area. In rare cases of high demand, a carrier may fulfill local deliveries.

Local Pickup is available at our Mississauga address.

Shipping fees are calculated by weight. Free shipping is available for eligible orders as indicated during purchasing process.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Once received and approved, we will issue either a refund or store credit, as per the customer's preference.

6. Product Representation Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible across all our sales channels. However, we cannot guarantee perfect consistency between screen images and actual products.

7. Age and Account Requirements

There are no age restrictions for purchasing from FlowerWraps. No account or social media registration is required to place an order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, designs, and photos, is the property of FlowerWraps Incorporated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or website errors.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
