Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all eligible regions. Canada Post is our primary carrier, though alternative carriers may be used as needed. Customers will be contacted if special arrangements are required for their region.

Local Delivery:

Free local delivery is provided by FlowerWraps staff within our service area. In rare cases of high demand, a carrier may fulfill local deliveries.

Local Pickup is available at our Mississauga address.

Shipping fees are calculated by weight. Free shipping is available for eligible orders as indicated during purchasing process.

Duties and Taxes 

Duties and taxes accurately made known to the company will be included at checkout—no hidden fees at delivery. Once your order is added to cart and the delivery address is inputted, our system automatically calculates duties and taxes, minimizing surprise charges when your order arrives. In the case that a recalculation is performed by third-parties during the shipping process, FlowerWraps Incorporated is not liable for the additional costs. The company will refrain from including charges that cannot be accurately measured (often the case with duties), this is practiced out of respect for our clients. Accordingly, there are few scenarios in which clients will face charges not made known to them on flowerwraps.ca.

As a company we do our best to ensure that our clients experience full price transparency and we believe that our website interactions are set-up in such a way that allows this experience. Any additional shipping events that occur after the departure of your parcel from our warehouse are beyond our area of control as a company.

United States - Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping to the United States on orders worth over $100 USD. The following states and regions are excluded from this promotion:

  • American Samoa
  • Micronesia
  • Guam
  • Hawaii
  • Marshall Islands
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Palau
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces Americas
  • Armed Forces Europe
  • Armed Forces Pacific

Despite their exclusion, the company does usually ship to these states and regions and they are entitled to our discounted shipping rates.
